Dear Sponsor,
Four professors at St. John Fisher College will be putting on a “Film’n the Field Series” during the month of October. The series will include four films/television shows that each professor has chosen due important issues and topics that their work covers. This event will be open to students, faculty, and the public. Each film/show event will include food and drinks, guest speakers, and prizes. St. John Fisher’s newspaper and television channel will also be coving the event. I am writing to you today in hopes that you and your company would be interested in providing prizes for the four events (gift cards, coupons, etc.) Your prizes will be given as door prizes to those in attendance. In return for your prizes, we would be able to hand out information about your company, put your company name and logo on print material about the events, and even have your company mentioned in the St. John Fisher College newspaper (Cardinal Courier).
